BATIK CAKE


Batik cake

Ingredient
a.       Nestle oat, 300 gram
b.      Egg, big-8/ small-9
c.       Biscuit stick, 600 gram
d.      Condense Milk, 388 gram
e.      Milo, 8-9 spoon
f.        Unsalted butter, 340 gram



Step:
1. Blend butter and milk until smooth.


2. Add an egg into the mixture and stir the mixture continuously. Repeat this step until all the eggs are blended into the mixture.


3. Add 8 spoon of Milo powder into the mixture, stir until well mixed.


     
4. Add oat into the mixture and stir it slowly until the mixture thicken.


    
5.Pour the mixture into a pan and stir on low heat. Roughly it will take about 8 minute of stirring to get a custard-like consistency.


     
6.  Pour all the biscuit stick into the custard mixture and mix it evenly.



7. In the meanwhile, prepare any baking tray you prefer. Pour all the mixture into the baking tray and press the mixture evenly while the mixture is still hot.



8. Pour some oat on the mixture.


9. Put the mixture into refrigerator and left it overnight.  Your batik cake is ready to serve.
